Nice queit place to grab a bite to eat. Great breakfast fare. A must try is the French Toast. Some of the best I've had. Decent prices and a great wait staff.

Cute place and location. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced food. All the breakfast essentials on the menu. Food was adequate but nothing was great. Biscuits and gravy were disappointing...almost positive it was Chef-Mate canned gravy or the equivalent.

Quick, decent food. Nice patio out back. Grilled cheese sandwich was fairly good and the steak wrap was nicely made.

It was ok, it was recommended by others. Atmosphere outside was good. Omelet was good. Bacon to crispy for me. But that said I'd go back. The lady at the next table said her berry pancakes were really good. Service was slow, could have been better but sometimes that just happens. Give it a shot, prices were reasonable.

This is a great "locals" breakfast and lunch spot. The food is awesome, all the time & every time (consistent). They offer inside & outside (water view) dining. The prices are VERY reasonable. FYI- They close at 3PM and can get busy on the weekends.

Like any place in the keys, come to this spot for a relaxing breakfast or lunch. You'll have a choice from outside sitting in the patio by the water or a little cozier inside. The breakfast here has been stellar, especially the pancakes with chocolate chips and whip cream. I've give the mahi mahi tacos 7/10. Coming back here just for breakfast!

Friendly staff, pretty ends there with positive input. S...L...O...W...to get food, I mean be prepare to wait 40 mins. I had MTO original quesadilla, meat was tough and scarce, all the ingredients were massed to the middle leaving lots of tortilla to work through. Wife had shrimp wrap, whisper of shrimp, same for ingredients, lots of wrap.

This place is absolutely incredible for breakfast! We had the French Toast with homemade orange butter. Omg amazing!!!! I can't even explain it!! Even if you get something else for breakfast, GET THIS TOO! You could get it and share it for dessert. It's sweet and so yummy! We also had crab Benedict. Very different and also incredible!! You can't go wrong here for breakfast! So good we are coming back later for lunch!The atmosphere was also great! Our waitress Jamie was so nice and friendly. She gave us the recommendations and I'm telling you they were great!!Overall, nothing could have been better! We loved it!

Nice outdoor seating on a canal, nice breakfast, but the service was a little slow and they didn't have a full house. Maybe they kept some staff home due to 25% seating.

The view is pretty great. We saw an iguana! Haha! I had a shrimp omelette (picture attached) and my girlfriend had the bacon egg and cheese croissant. The grits were good. The home fries are not the way I like, but still good (small cubed).

Without maps you'd never find it. Local place. Food was decent enough. It is hard to crash or shine with breakfast. Servers were nice and kept the coffee full.

It's a really great laid back atmosphere. It's right next to a canal so we were able to watch the boats drive by. The restaurant is dog friendly. There soft shell crab is a bit greasy but very flavorful. Would recommend.

Extremely slow. I’ve been here twice and both times were very disappointing. Waited 30 minutes just to get drinks once we were seated. Another 30 minutes before food started coming out (food orders were wrong). We asked for checks and another 45 minutes later we finally went to the wait station to cash-out 🙄 the wait staff is rude and could care less that our breakfast was an almost 2 hour endeavor with toddlers. I would not recommend this place.....

This place has off-the-chain breakfast. The pancakes with chocolate chip and thick whip cream are so delicious! I've also had their ultra famous one-of-a-kind orange French toast which was pretty good. They breakfast omelettes are quite a nice surprise as well. The one thing that wasn't exactly great we the mahi mahi tacos. All in all, my favorite breakfast place in Tavernier.

Yummmmmmyyy!!!! I can’t recall the last time I had an omelet this perfect 👌🏼 and the muffins are to die for. I don’t know who is the Baker here but they are on point!!

Great breakfast place!

This was our second attempt to eat here without success. The first time was in January and the same issue occurred. We waited 10 min before we were acknowledged and then told we had to wait 10 minutes to sit. The restaurant was at 50% capacity BUT there were 2 empty tables where customers left (proper social distancing) that just needed to be cleaned up and they didn’t want to clean them. There were only a total of 5 tables there with 2 wait staff inside and a good runner. One of the 5 tables just paid this bill so now 3 would have been available. In January we had the same exact issue when there were no restrictions. Management should know that if this happened to us 2 times than this is a consistent issue. How many other customers have walked out? Same issue 6 months later. Terrible.

Well, the service was good! Over-cooked eggs! Hate that! You're a breakfast place - Turn the heat down- eggs should not be brown.. like eating rubber. Hashbrowns were okay- somewhat beige, undercooked and not very crispy. Coffee... eh.

We are traveling. Decided to stop here for breakfast. Beautiful! Tasty food... very tasty food. Smooth service. Not expensive. Technically $10 per person. Next time we are coming back for sure! Love it! Recommend.

Loved this place! We sat dockside and watched the boats come and go. They have indoor dining also. My eggs benedict was perfect as well as the perfectly browned hashbrowns. Lisa was our server and took great care of us. Super sweet! I recommend you go early. Place is very popular.

This Cozy Restaurant is just awesome. The service is fast and friendly. I would recommend the French toast 😋
